🌸✨💜 Drio’s April Recap: Rejuvenation, and New Beginnings!

Hi Reader,

April brought a season of celebration, renewal, and exciting milestones for our team. From enjoying spring break with loved ones to launching new sites and welcoming a new baby to our VA team, this month was filled with moments that reminded us how much growth and joy can happen both personally and professionally.

đź’™ A Joyful New Arrival: Welcoming Baby Jack!

Katie, our amazing Drio Virtual Assistant, is overjoyed to share the arrival of her son, Jack Hayes Lewis, born on April 4, 2026. Her heart feels fuller than ever as she welcomes him into her family. His big sister, Megan, is already so proud and loving in her new role, and it’s been incredibly special to watch their bond begin.

Baby Jack has brought so much sweetness, joy, and a little bit of beautiful chaos into their days. They are soaking in every moment of these early weeks and feel so grateful for all the love and support surrounding their growing family.

đź’ˇ Drio + Towson University!

Drio was proud to participate in Towson University’s Vendor Fair on April 2, where our team had the opportunity to connect with students, faculty, and fellow vendors from across the community. The event was a great space to share more about what we do, exchange ideas, and build new relationships. We appreciated the energy and engagement throughout the day and look forward to continuing these conversations and connections in the future.

🌸 Spring Break for the Drio Team!

This month, the Drio team embraced a well-deserved spring break, taking time to recharge and enjoy meaningful moments with family and friends. Whether traveling, relaxing at home, or exploring new places, the break offered a chance to reset and return with fresh energy and perspective. We know that stepping away to connect with loved ones is just as important as the work we do every day. It’s that balance that helps our team show up inspired and ready to deliver our best.

🚀 Celebrating Two New Website Launches!

Column oneThis month, we had the pleasure of collaborating with Agency 102 on a new website for Little Silver Emergency Medical Services. The client took advantage of Drio’s semi-custom solution, allowing us to deliver a polished, modern site on an efficient timeline while still tailoring key elements to reflect their mission and community impact. The result is a clean, user-friendly experience that makes it easy for visitors to learn about their services, explore volunteer opportunities, and stay connected with the organization.

This month, we also partnered with Main Street Settlements to refresh their online presence with a website that feels both polished and approachable. The new site was designed to highlight their expertise in title and settlement services while providing a smooth, easy-to-navigate experience for clients and industry partners alike. With a modern layout, clear service information, and a strong professional feel throughout, the finished product gives the company a digital presence that matches the quality and reliability of their work.

Thanks for being part of our journey.

If your organization’s ready for its own award-winning transformation, let’s talk.

Hi Reader, I’ve been thinking a lot about the story of Pablo Picasso and the napkin sketch lately. As legend has it, a woman was walking by a Parisian cafe one day, when she spotted Picasso drawing on a napkin. She was a big fan, so she walked up to the famous painter and asked if she could buy the sketch. Picasso responded with, “Yes, that will be 1,000,000 Francs.” The woman was surprised because she had just seen how quickly Picasso had created the drawing. It couldn’t have been more than...

Hi Reader, A few weeks ago, our Project Manager, Justyne, visited Hazel and me here in Baltimore. When Justyne came to visit, we explained that Baltimore feels like a small town, even though more than 570,000 people live in the city. Many of us have been here for decades, if not generations, so it often seems like everyone knows each other. There’s a reason one of the city’s nicknames is “Small-timore.” She quickly saw what we meant. On the drive back from the airport, she spotted a sign with...

Hi Reader, Ever since we started Drio, we set out to build our business on connections. I believe, at the end of the day, the biggest gift any of us can give is our time and attention. When you apply that to your client experience, your people come back. That can make or break your business. For example, just recently, a client rehired us for a website refresh. We had worked with them a few years ago, and they wanted to make sure everything was keeping up with how their business had evolved....
