Hi Reader, July was all about momentum, energized meetups, innovative ideas, and milestones that keep us inspired. From refining our pitch for WholeSite to connecting with Baltimore’s tech scene and exploring fresh opportunities for collaboration, we leaned into creativity and community at every turn. Add in a little recognition for the hard work powering our mission, and you’ve got a month that sets the stage for what’s next. Here’s the full scoop: 🎤 Perfecting the PitchWholeSite is evolving and so are we! Thanks to the Pava LaPere Legacy of Innovation Award, we’re turning big ideas into a powerful solution designed to help entrepreneurs and their support networks thrive. (Learn more about the award here.) This month, we stepped back into the spotlight to pitch WholeSite to investors once again. With every presentation, our vision sharpens and our excitement grows as we work toward redefining the WordPress website-building experience for small businesses. 🏗️ Building Connections at CNCCHazel attended the CNCC Annual Event, which featured an impressive North Bethesda Parcel H Construction Tour & Happy Hour. It was a great opportunity to see firsthand the exciting development projects shaping our region and to connect with industry leaders. Bonus moment: she bumped into our client, Nichols Contracting. These spontaneous connections are what make networking events so valuable. 💻 Tech & Talk in BaltimoreRachel represented Drio at the Baltimore Tech Startup Tuesday Meetup at Guilford Hall Brewery. The event was packed with innovators, founders, and tech enthusiasts sharing insights and forging connections. A highlight: catching up with Tomas from Momotolabs, a friend from El Salvador, and swapping updates on the exciting projects happening in both of our worlds. Events like this keep us inspired and plugged into the vibrant startup ecosystem right here in Baltimore. Thank you for being a valued Drio client, your partnership inspires us and we’re excited to keep moving forward together, building what’s next. |

And, usually, unexpected. That’s partly why Hazel and I went back to El Salvador in...
Hi Reader, When you look at Martha Stewart, you see someone who made cooking, homekeeping, and decorating mainstream. When you look at Michael Phelps, you see the world’s most decorated Olympian. Martha went to prison for...
